Rosstroy began a project to modernize the infrastructure of housing and communal services, for which the World Bank in Russia allocates $ 200 billion debt, said the head Sergei Kruglik Rosstroya on Thursday at a press conference in RIA Novosti.
"A new project of World Bank at $ 200 billion, the project will provide a maximum of ten regions of the Russian Federation ", - he said.
