President signed amendments to the Urban Planning Code |

As the press office, the president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a federal law "On Amending the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and some legislative acts of the Russian Federation".
Act was adopted by the State Duma on July 2nd, 2008 and approved by the Federation Council on 11 July .
federal law aimed at creating a legal framework for education and the activities of self-organization in the field of engineering studies, architectural and building design and construction in order to regulate relations in the construction industry in the context of the abolition of licensing related activities.
federal law provides that the granting of licenses to the named field terminated with effect from 1 January 2009, with the effect of previously issued licenses until January 1, 2010
federal law amends the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the Code of Administrative Offenses, federal laws "On Profit Organizations Act, the self-regulatory organization" and "On licensing of certain activities," "On the introduction of the City Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws - transmits« Interfax ».
