RSA and RAO «UES» discuss connecting to the grid |

Costoyalas meeting between President Builders Association of Russia Nikolai Koshman and Chairman of the Board of RAO «UES of Russia» Anatoly Chubais to discuss the conditions of accession process to the electrical networks. As a result of the negotiations it was decided on the participation of representatives of the Association of the working group RAO to prepare proposals for determining the amount of fees for joining the electrical networks.
To date, specialists RSA prepared and sent to the management of RAO «UES» comments and suggestions to determine the amount of fee and establishment of mechanisms for investors interested in financing the cost of construction of electric facilities and the construction of networks (more text comments and proposals can be found here).
Builders Association of Russia appealed to all interested companies to participate in solving this problem. Proposals should be submitted within one week to the Department of major infrastructure projects RSA.
